The spacious Deluxe Double Room was marvelous, and I especially loved the sauna and steam room for winding down. The swimming pool was a nice touch too! Plus, we received lactose-free options during our afternoon tea, which was fab.

Just a decent option for an overnight stay in Bexleyheath with fantastic value for money. The staff were friendly and fast during check-in, which made settling in easy. Make sure to ask for a quiet room if you can, as it can get loud with events downstairs.

missingWrote a review on Jun 08comfortable bedart deco designheating issues
Solid bed comfort alongside a nice-sized room lends a cozy atmosphere. The hotel's distinctive art deco design creates a unique environment that adds character to the overall experience.
Heating issues plagued my stay. for two of the nights, the room felt uncomfortably cold, and it took too long to get assistance sorted. Dining left a bit to be desired, especially with long waits for service and a lack of menu variety that made me wish for better dining options. The breakfast experience fell short too, with a limited selection that could’ve used some freshening up.

missingWrote a review on Jun 06comfortable roomfriendly staffnoise disturbancemissing amenities
The large room offered an amazing view, complemented by a bathroom with white marble that was impeccably clean. Staff provided friendly and prompt service, enabling an early check-in. noise from an event disrupted sleep quality, and the absence of basic amenities like a refrigerator detracted from convenience.
